Wealthy Affiliate Training, Comprehensive and Thorough
You do not need to have any prior knowledge or experience in order to go through the training provided at Wealthy Affiliate. They walk you step-by-step on everything you need to know in building a successful business. You have the most comprehensive, thorough, and current training at your fingertips when you are part of the Wealthy Affiliate community.
There is a defined process for building a successful online business that anyone can follow. Seriously anyone. If I can do it and I seriously knew nothing, you can do it.
Not only did I not know what affiliate marketing was, but I also wasn’t even sure what a URL and a domain were. And in case you are nodding your head yes because you aren’t sure either, don’t feel bad and let me explain.
The domain is the website name. And a URL is a complete web address that is used to find a particular page on the website.
This process that anyone can follow works no matter what stage you are at, even if you are a complete newbie, no matter who you are, or where you live in the world.
With that being said, it does require hard work and continuous effort in order to see results. You will get back what you put into it. And it can take time in order to see success.
The 4 step process of building a business online:
Step 1: Choose an Interest
Step 2: Build a Website
Step 3: Gain Visitors
Step 4: Make Money
When picking an interest, the most obvious route is picking something you are passionate about. No matter what you pick as your passion there are hundreds of different directions you can go. This can be overwhelming, but the training helps simplify this process and helps you narrow your focus to pick the best direction for you.
There are many different kinds of training:
- Online Entrepreneur Certification (50 lessons)
- Affiliate Bootcamp (70 lessons)
- Live, Interactive Webinars (Weekly)
- Video and Text-Based Tutorials (1000+) (Side Note: Many of these particular training are from members of Wealthy Affiliate that have become successful and are paying it forward by sharing their wealth of knowledge with the rest of the community.)
All of these training are great in their own way. But the downside to all of this training is that is so easy to get distracted. It also can be information overload. To combat this, I recommend going through the Online Entrepreneur Certification training. This training allows you to build a site based on any interest you may have.
This training is also great for a newbie because gives you step-by-step instructions through text and videos. Each lesson has tasks for you to complete and it saves your progress if you have to leave and come back. Which happened to me all the time.
Also, it is important to note, that questions are welcome. There are several ways you can ask questions within the platform. Even though the training is great for any level, there are times you might still be confused.
Wealthy Affiliate Support, An Entire Community of Experts to Root for You
The support at Wealthy Affiliate is one of the best things about it. You can follow other members and if they follow back, then they are in your network. They can then see all of your activities within the Wealthy Affiliate platform. This way you can keep in touch with each other.
There are about 2 million members, which is a lot. So obviously, you won’t be followed by everyone. Or even a fraction that number. But I have found that everyone I have encountered is very friendly and helpful. Many people have found success and they are not afraid to share it with others.
The co-owners, Kyle, and Carson are very active within the platform. They answer questions and encourage members. What is also cool is there is a private message ability with any member that is in your network.
This means you could directly ask a question of one the owners or both and they will respond. I think that is so cool. Because usually owners of something this big would be unreachable and untouchable. But they are approachable and helpful.
Wealthy Affiliate Pricing Can Try for Free First
When I was first started researching Wealthy Affiliate, the price was a little scary. I have always been frugal by nature and have a hard time parting from my hard-earned cash. Plus, being on a tight budget, I was more than a little apprehensive.
But what caught my attention was that they have a starter membership, which is completely free. A way to test it out and see if it works for you. That was a great selling point for me because I could test the waters with no strings attached.
With the starter membership, you can build one free website. You also get access to the first phase of their training, Online Entrepreneur Certification, which walks you through the process of building a site in any niche that you desire.
Wealthy Affiliate is worth so much more than the price tag. It has been more than worth it. Once I went through everything I had access to in the starter membership, I knew I wanted to upgrade and buy a premium membership.
The monthly membership to me seems easier than committing to an entire year, but you save some money by buying a yearly membership. Personally, I decided to go with the yearly membership as a way of committing to building and growing my website. Since this is definitely not a get-rich-quick scheme.
Also, there are some great additional perks that come with the yearly membership.
- A Free Dot Com Domain
You get credits that allow you to buy a domain name. Usually, domains cost anywhere from $13.99 to $15.99 when you are buying them through Wealthy Affiliate.
- $50 in Community Credits
You can utilize these credits on two platforms found at Wealthy Affiliate that help you get engagement on your website.
- SiteComments – Allows you to leave comments on a member’s website and in return gives you a credit. You “spend” credits to get comments.
- SiteFeedback – You leave feedback about a member’s website. This allows the member to know what is working and what needs to be improved. You get credit for this as well. Again, you can “spend” credits in order to get feedback on your website.
Starting with fifty dollars worth of credits will give you a leg up, so you can immediately get comments and feedback on your site once you have your website created and at least your first post up and running.
Conclusion, My Final Word
Wealthy Affiliate has so many great things to offer. Their training will have your website up and running in no time at all. You will learn everything you need to succeed.
The support will help you stay motivated and keep going. Because starting and maintaining a business is no easy feat, especially if you have kids in tow.
The pricing is an absolute steal for all the information and support you are getting. But that being said, I don’t think there is any reason for you not to try Wealthy Affiliate. Give the starter membership a whirl. See what is being offered. And if it a good fit, then upgrade to the premium membership, dive in, and get to work. You’ve got this.
